Processing time

We aim to process orders within 2-4 working days from the date of purchase. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.

We take great care in packing each order to ensure it reaches you safely and always aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Packaging

We ship our small antique vessels, dried florals and homewares using premium double-skinned cardboard boxes.

We cushion your items in the boxes using eco packing peanuts made entirely from potato starch. They are recyclable and compostable, you can even wash them down the sink - they are fully soluble in water!

Small antiques delivery

Once processed, small and medium antiques are dispatched from ANDFOUR STUDIO to our courier Evri who aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.

An email will be sent to you from Evri with your tracking details, please be aware that sometimes these can fall into your junk mail.

Large antiques delivery

Large and XL antiques are shipped via an independent courier’s specialist hand-delivery service, available for England, Wales and southern Scotland. If you require delivery beyond these areas, please contact us for a quote. Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks.

We will be in touch with you via email with further information and the courier will arrange delivery with you directly.

Dried florals/homewares delivery

Once processed, dried florals and homewares are dispatched from ANDFOUR STUDIO to our courier Evri who aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.

An email will be sent to you from Evri with your tracking details, please be aware that sometimes these can fall into your junk mail.

Next day delivery

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer next-day delivery at this time. However, if you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

International delivery

We often get requests to send ANDFOUR STUDIO items overseas and we have delivered our products all over the world including Singapore, Australia, Germany, Dubai and the USA.

Large antique vessels: Due to their weight, size and fragile nature, our large antique vessels require shipping via oversized wooden crates. This is not cheap! However, if you would like a shipping quote please feel free to contact us with your delivery details.

Small antique vessels, dried florals and homewares: We can ship these items in our premium double-skinned cardboard boxes overseas. Please contact us with your delivery details for a shipping quote.

Please note: ANDFOUR STUDIO is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes. Antique pottery is not covered under insurances when shipping overseas so customers assume full responsibility for these orders.
