Ordering: Orders are placed via our website, we accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe or PayPal.

Custom orders: If you’d like a custom order, please drop us a message detailing what you’d like and we can arrange this for you.

International orders: are not currently available via our website. Should you wish to order from abroad, please contact us detailing which product(s) you’d like and we can arrange a postage quote for you.

Shipping & delivery

Processing: We aim to process your items within 2-5 working days of your purchase (please note: this may differ during busy periods and bank holidays, we do update regularly on our Instagram page).

Standard shipping: Standard parcels are then collected by our courier Evri who aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.

Large item shipping: We use a hand-delivered, curb side delivery service provided by an independent courier for larger products, such as large antiques, which we note in the product’s description. This is a 1-2 week service and the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please note: The delivery fee calculated at checkout for these large items is quoted for delivery to mainland UK only, please contact us prior to ordering if you live in northern Scotland/Highlands, Northern Ireland or further afield for a delivery quote.

Delayed parcels: We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are delayed once they have been accepted by our couriers. Should your parcel be delayed, please contact us and we will endeavour to do all we can to help. Please note we are unable to refund your P&P charge for delayed orders which are out of our control.

International shipping: Our website currently does not offer delivery outside of mainland UK. However, if you’d like to enquire about ordering from abroad, please contact us and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.

Next-day shipping: Our website currently does not offer next-day delivery please contact us if you require a speedier delivery and we’ll see what we can do. Please note, this will likely involve a higher shipping fee.


We get it, sometimes we change our minds. Should you want to return your item, we ask that you post it back to us within 14 days. Please contact us for our returns address.

We can only issue refunds for items that have been returned to us unused and in the original packaging. Please note we do not accept returns on antiques, dried flowers or custom items.

We recommend sending your parcel back to us via a trackable service, keeping hold of your proof of postage.
