Where do you ship?

Orders made through our website are shipped to mainland UK only.

Please note, our standard postage does not include islands, such as the Shetland islands, there is a higher delivery charge with our courier for these postcodes. Please contact us to arrange delivery.

We ship internationally upon request. If you are overseas and would like to purchase from us, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

How much is P&P?

Standard shipping fee: £4.99.

Antique vessel shipping fee: £10

Large/XL vessel courier fee: £30

Please note: Large/XL antique vessels are shipped using an independent courier with a special hand-delivery service (for England, Wales & southern Scotland only) please contact us for a delivery quote if you live further afield.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our studio in Bristol. You will need to book an appointment to do so via email. Once this has been booked, we will refund your shipping fee.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process your items within 2-5 working days of your purchase.

Parcels are dispatched from ANDFOUR STUDIO to our courier Evri who aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.

If your item(s) are being delivered by an independent courier, they will arrange a suitable delivery date with you directly. This is usually a 1-2 week service.

Where is my parcel?

Once we have dispatched your parcel from ANDFOUR STUDIO HQ, Evri will contact you via email to let you know they’ve received it. These emails can often fall into your junk mail inbox, please check this before you contact us.

The email will contain your parcel’s tracking number, you can use this to track your parcel on its journey.

If your item(s) are being delivered by an independent courier, please contact them on the number provided for all delivery updates. Should you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returns & refunds

My item has arrived damaged

In the unfortunate event that your item has arrived damaged, please email us at hello@andfour.com with photos of your damaged item and its shipping box. Alternatively, we often reply quicker on Instagram, so feel free to send your photos to us via direct message.

We’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable solution for you.

Can I return my order?

We get it, sometimes we change our minds. Should you want to return your item, we ask that you post it back to us within 14 days. Please contact us for our returns address.

We can only issue refunds for items that have been returned to us unused and in the original packaging. Please note we do not accept returns on antiques, dried flowers or custom items.

We recommend sending your parcel back to us via a trackable service, keeping hold of your proof of postage.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at ANDFOUR STUDIO, we aim to issue your refund within 2-3 days.

Please note your bank may require additional days to show the refund in your account. Bank holidays and weekends may delay this.
